Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre:  The Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre is a provincial resource centre that provides mental health and substance use information, resources, and peer support to children, youth and their families from across BC.

HeretoHelp:  Resources from BC Partners for Mental Health and Addictions to help people better prevent and manage mental health and substance use problems and live a healthier life.

Anxiety BC:  Offering many free of charge, self-help, downloadable resources to support management of anxiety for youth and young adults, adults, new mothers, and children.

Mind Check:  This website is designed to help youth and young adults in BC check out how they’re feeling and quickly connect to mental health resources and support. Support includes education, self-care tools, website links, and assistance in connecting to local professional resources.

Mood Disorders Society of Canada (MDSC): a voluntary health charity committed to ensuring that the voices of consumers, family members and caregivers are heard on issues relating to mental health and mental illness; and in particular with regard to depression, bipolar illness and other associated mood disorders.
